Nahid Khodiar Yeganeh, born in 1965, is a resident of Urmia with a diploma in economics.

Sewing curtains, clothes and professional sewing training has been one of his activities for many years, and finally he started working in the field of fruit chips production due to the environmental conditions and suggestions of the people around him. she says:

“With my small capital, I will start the production of fruit buying and drying machines in a very small quantity.

Due to the lack of experience and knowledge in this field, as well as the lack of reference or organization regarding the training of how to work, losses due to the waste of manufactured products and spending very appropriate time for the production of products (temperature of the production machine, cutting method). I suffered from the fruits and the drying time of their types

But finally, after going through the above steps, I managed to raise the quality level of the products and due to the high quality of the products, it started to progress in the province and other cities of the country.

Following extensive marketing, I managed to purchase the second machine for producing fruit chips and the machines needed for product packaging and increase the variety of fruits and their packaging.

In this regard, I got acquainted with the Rural and Nomadic Women’s Fund of the Province’s Agricultural Jihad Organization, which was able to participate in numerous exhibitions in the country with the generous and sincere support of that fund.

The products were sent in cooperation with the Agricultural Jihad Organization of West Azarbaijan Province and Hormozgan Province to be presented in an exhibition in Qatar.

Currently, I am engaged in the production of dried vegetables and medicinal plants at the same time as the production of fruit chips under the Mobin brand.

About 15 people are working in this workshop. I hope I can expand this activity more. Waiting for a miracle is the biggest human error, miracles are made, not found.

For a year, I used to make bridal services with ropes and sell them online, because I was always looking for a new idea, this did not satisfy me, so I started making dolls with socks and felt and brides with fur.

I sold them to toy stores, but I was still looking for a new and innovative work, after a lot of research about dried fruit for a year and a half in 1993, I started drying fruit at home, on a basket and in the sun until I got acquainted with Flowerjan’s agricultural effort and registered for the saffron planting class, and because I did not have suitable land for saffron cultivation, I planted saffron in large pots.

During my visits to the agricultural jihad, I met Badakhsh, Sharif, and Bagheri, and I talked to them about fruit chips, and seeing my passion, they advised me to register in the Kara system so that I could get a home business loan and be able to I want to buy a fruit drying machine and it happened that with the help and support of these loved ones and the Women’s Training Unit of the Coordination and Extension Management of Isfahan Agricultural Jihad Organization (Ms. Mani) I was able to get a loan of ten million and start working with one humanpower.

I participated in exhibitions held by Jihad until I was able to introduce dried fruit to the people in Flowerjan city, and with great effort in 2017, I was able to prepare a 300 kg machine and continue the dry fruit work with 12 manpower.

I have participated in entrepreneurship seminars in Tehran and Isfahan and I am one of the well-known entrepreneurs.

The name of Ms. Shirzadi’s workshop and brand is Bomb Energy. She tries her best to provide dry fruit without any additives and preservatives.

According to her, after seven years of efforts, Bomb Energy is not only in Isfahan. They are also known throughout Iran and some foreign countries.

Prepare Fruit Chips

The way to prepare fruit chips is that the fruits are first washed well and sliced.

Fruits can be sliced with the skin, such as apples, kiwi, plums, apricots, peaches, oranges, tangerines, coconuts, and fruits such as bananas, mangoes, pineapples, and melons should be sliced without the skin.

If there is a slicer machine, the fruits are poured into the machine and sliced, and the slice can be done by hand, and the energy bomb workshop can do this without a slicer by training the human forces.

After slicing the fruits, we arrange them side by side on the floors of the fruit drying machine.

The device should be set at a suitable temperature of about 70 degrees so that the fruit chips dry well within 6 to 7 hours and are a little soft and not wet.

Fruits such as peaches, plums, apricots, and nectarines can be dried if cut in half and the temperature of the machine should be 80 to 90 degrees for 14 hours. Plums can also be dried properly for stew like peaches.

Fruit chips are one of the healthy snacks for all ages and have the most vitamins, fruit chips are high in fiber and help to rejuvenate the skin for having high antioxidants.
